Overview

The Account Manager ensures our clients are never left short-staffed. You act as the main point of contact for our key clients, managing their weekly rosters and ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and operations leads to ensure high client retention.

  • Fulfillment & Rostering: Receive manpower requests and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure 100% fill rates for shifts.

  • Crisis Management: Handle urgent requests or last-minute replacements (dropout management) swiftly to minimize impact on the client’s operation.

  • Quality Assurance: Gather feedback from clients regarding staff performance and address any service issues immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in Account Management, Manpower Scheduling, or Hospitality Operations.

  • High pressure tolerance; able to handle urgent calls and changing schedules.

  • Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
