Overview
The Account Manager ensures our clients are never left short-staffed. You act as the main point of contact for our key clients, managing their weekly rosters and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Build strong relationships with hiring managers and operations leads to ensure high client retention.
Fulfillment & Rostering: Receive manpower requests and coordinate with the Operations team to ensure 100% fill rates for shifts.
Crisis Management: Handle urgent requests or last-minute replacements (dropout management) swiftly to minimize impact on the client’s operation.
Quality Assurance: Gather feedback from clients regarding staff performance and address any service issues immediately.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Account Management, Manpower Scheduling, or Hospitality Operations.
High pressure tolerance; able to handle urgent calls and changing schedules.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
