Overview

We are looking for an aggressive and results-driven Business Development Executive to grow our client portfolio. Your primary goal is to partner with hotels, restaurants, and event organizers who need flexible manpower solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales & Acquisition: Proactively hunt for new B2B clients through cold calling, networking, and site visits.

  • Client Consultation: Understand the manpower struggles of potential clients and present E-Job as the reliable solution for their staffing needs.

  • Negotiation: Prepare quotations, negotiate contract terms, and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends (e.g., peak seasons in hospitality) to anticipate client needs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the Recruitment, Events, or Hospitality industry.

  • Strong network in F&B or Retail sectors is a huge plus.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Hunter mentality: you enjoy chasing targets and closing deals.
