Overview

The Operations Executive is responsible for building and managing our pool of part-time staff. You ensure we have enough ready-to-work staff to meet client demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment: Source part-timers through various channels (social media, job portals, referrals) to expand our candidate pool.

  • Screening & Onboarding: Interview, brief, and verify candidates to ensure they meet the grooming and skill standards of our clients.

  • Deployment: Assign staff to shifts based on their availability and suitability.

  • Attendance Management: Monitor check-ins/check-outs and manage disciplinary issues (e.g., latecomers or no-shows).

  • Payroll Support: Assist in verifying timesheets to ensure staff are paid accurately and on time.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Experience in mass recruitment or managing large groups of part-timers is preferred.

  • Good people skills; able to communicate firmly but fairly with the workforce.

  • Willing to work flexible hours when necessary (e.g., checking on weekend deployments).
